Any experience of Swift Cover Car Insurance???

Q: I am with Diamond at put forth and despite being with them for 6years and having 5years NCB their renewal quote is very high. I am potentially downgrading from a 2.8 TDX 4x4 to a 1.2 SXi Corsa and the reduction is only £30!!

I looked on sevens.com and Swift cover seemed to have a good rate (i know the really cheap ones on there are not so approving- high excess etc). I looked on the website and it seems pretty good with only £100 glut compared to £150 with Diamond.

Has anyone used Swiftcover for insurance before and would they recommend them or not???

A: That's who I'm with now, and who I was with last year too. Wouldn't have gone back if I was unsuitable.

Whenever I compare quotes, Swift-cover come out cheapest (although you've probably found that already!).

I've never had to claim with them, so I hypothesize from that point I can't say. However, whenever I've had a query, I've found their call centre staff very helpful.

(Although they don't take quotes over the phone, there is a phone helpline so you aren't totally dependent on e-mail should you need help).

Equinox - I'd meditate on the reason they are so cheap is that they've cut out expensive overheads. Cutting back on call centre staff as they have has no have reservations saved them a lot of money. Some of that saving can then be passed on to the customer.

Q: What is the routine charges for car insurance, I gonna own swift soon, how much I have to spend for insurance / year?

A: It depends on the myself and how they drive a car..They have just structure our insurance product differently so that people who don't drive their car much can release money on their insurance...It depend on the distance and how they drive the car...With pay as you drive, if you drive less, you pay less life insurance...

Q: Hey, my older relative has a Honda HR-V 1.6 VTEC engine which is UK insurance group 9 and tax bracket F, I am looking at a Suzuki Swift Romp 1.6 engine, insurance group 9 and tax bracket E... my insurance is with my dads business who say i can have up to a 1.6, I learnt to dig in my brothers car but the insurance company are "looking into" whether or not i can have a Suzuki Swift Sport, it has no turbocharger, so what is the big sell
