What will happen if I cannot produce a business insurance certificate to the police?

Q: I was caught with a inured brake light and given a producer. I was also caught in my work uniform and, because of the variety of the business, it was obvious I needed business insurance.

I am not insured on my own policy for business use - however, I am insured through my ensemble with compulsary third party insurance.

My employer has made excuse after excuse about my insurance certificate and I now have only tomorrow to take it to the police.

I have enchanted all reasonable steps to obtain a certificate - but what can I do if I have to rely on someone else and they are being awkward about it?

At the end of the day, I am insured for business use but unless my corporation "pulls his finger out", I have no way of proving it and could face court or prosecution.

Any tips will be appreciated. :(
A few things:

I am insured for slighting use! I have no qualms with giving them my Tesco insurance certificate but I am sure I am not insured for business use with them.

A: What is a financial manager? It's kinda foggy about what you actually do or who you really work for. I mean what amicable of business. I'm sure you and/or your employer will at least be fined. In Delaware you can be put on probation for something like that. You and your patron need to get this insurance stuff straightened out or you should go get another job.

What to do if my cancelled car insurance certificate never arrived?

Q: I have cancelled insurance stand-in day after I got it as I didnt buy the car I intended. In order to get refunded I need to return the certificate, which never arrived. I do not separate if it is stolen from post box or it went to the wrong one or just simply never arrived. How do I end up that and get refunded after all?

A: For motor insurances, abandonment requested by the insured will not take place until the certificate of motor insurance has been returned to the insurer. This is a legal qualification.

The good news is: In the absence of a certificate the insured is permitted by law to make a statutory edict to the effect that it has been lost or destroyed. In practice many insurers settle for the completion of a "ruined certifcate declaration".

So, what you need to do is ask the insurer to send you a lost certificate proclamation form and then they should cancel the policy.

What does an NHBC buildmark insurance certificate look like?

Q: I am stressful to help a friend locate their NHBC insurance certificate but we don't know what to look out for when searching through the tons of paperwork. If someone has a representative or specimen, that would be great. For a start, I know it will have the words Buildmark and NHBC written somewhere on it. Thanks a lot.

A: As most of the certificates last for 10 years, there are several manifold versions, so no one look. Phone them on 0844 633 1000 and ask for customer services. They should be able to send a photocopy certificate to you. Some times the solicitors fail to pass on the certificate, so it may be that your friend doesn't have one in their posession.

If they are looking because they have a trouble with the house, if the house is less than two years old you'll have to go back to the builder anyway in the first instance, so that may save them a call to NHBC.
